Citrix support rates are $175 for the first hour and $125 for each additional hour. The first 15 minutes are free so that the engineer can get acquainted with the issue. The engineer will usually request remote access to the environment using GoToMeeting. Billing is done in one hour increments and an invoice is only generated after the customer is satisfied with the work that was performed.
